Hartwood Homes Ltd

Award winning property development company

Every business likes to think they are a little different but we feel we really are.  From before we start building a new home until we hand over the keys to a new owner we constantly question all our decisions.

We spend time and effort seeking out places where we think people will love to live and then we build homes that are a delight to live in.

To do this we don’t just build houses we build relationships.  From landowners to suppliers of our raw materials, from the agents that sell our homes to the kitchen suppliers, from the team laying the turf on your new lawn to the architects that help us create amazing living spaces, and from our bricklayer that builds the perfect wall to our surveyors who sign off the work everyone is important to us.  When you come to view a Hartwood Home you can be sure of a quality home and a seamless purchase.

We may have all these relationships but we ARE the builders.  The founder of our sister building company has been in the industry for over 30 years from small beginnings of one room projects to large scale extensions, conversions, rebuilds and new builds. Hartwood Construction has grown by being excellent in its class.  It is this excellence that it brings to building an Hartwood Home.
